Convenience

NW Orthopaedic Express, our orthopedic walk-in clinic, is open Monday-Friday at three Spokane locations. Express walk-in clinics make it easy to see an orthopedic provider and receive more specialized care than a standard urgent care clinic without having to visit the ER.

With our providers’ expertise in foot and ankle, hand and wrist, hip, knee, spine, shoulder, elbow, sports medicine, fracture care, and pain management; and providing all-inclusive services such as onsite X-ray and outpatient surgery options, we can offer patients a continuum of care unmatched in the region.

Injuries & Conditions Treated at NWOS Express

NW Orthopaedic Express is for those who've suffered a recent bone, joint, or muscle injury or need immediate orthopedic treatment for the following types of concerns:

  • Fracture care for closed fractures/broken bones
  • Sprains or strains
  • Minor dislocations (fingers and toes) {hip and shoulder dislocations should go to ER}
  • Painful, swollen or injured joints such as knees, elbows, and shoulders
  • Acute pain such as sudden back and/or neck pain
    • *Not all back/neck pain is appropriate for the express care setting. If you have had previous spine surgery, or back or neck pain lasting longer than three months, you should contact our office to discuss scheduling with a spine specialist. If your back/neck pain is from a recent motor vehicle accident or a fall, you should go to the emergency room as more advanced imaging may be required.
  • Sports and work injuries
  • Foot and ankle injuries
  • Motor vehicle accident-related injuries (more than 72 hours out from accident)
  • Carpal tunnel pain
  • Tennis elbow
  • Steroid injections
  • Reduction of nursemaid’s elbow
  • Splinting of upper extremity and lower extremity fractures

Don't spend hours waiting at an ER or Urgent Care when you don't have to.
