Anyone can carry the virus and not realize they’re spreading it when they talk, cough or sneeze. To protect our patients, providers, and staff, as well as to follow all current state mandates, a face mask or cloth face covering is required during your entire visit to any of our locations.
We ask family and friends to wait at home or in the car during your appointment. When necessary, one caregiver can be present for pediatric patients and patients that require assistance.
Screening of potential COVID symptoms, as well as a temperature check, is required for all patients, employees, and visitors when arriving at one of our clinics
While inside any of our locations, please maintain at least 6 feet of distance from other patients and staff whenever possible.
Help prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other illnesses by calling and rescheduling if you are feeling ill or have been in contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive. Potential COVID symptoms include, but are not limited to, fever, cough, shortness of breath, body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, and sore throat.
