Melissa A. Frazier, OTD, OTR/L, CHT
Melissa Frazier is a Certified Hand Therapist and Licensed Occupational Therapist with several years experience providing expert upper extremity rehabilitation to clients across the lifespan.
Melissa graduated from Northern Arizona University in Phoenix, Arizona with her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. Before receiving her OTD, she completed her undergraduate studies at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, earning a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education.
Melissa started with Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists in 2022 and primarily works at the NWOS Physical & Hand Therapy on the South Hill. Prior to joining NWOS, she worked at Hand Therapy Partners in Mesa, Arizona as a Certified Hand Therapist and at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona as an acute care occupational therapist.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys baking, quilting, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with her family.
